The Mid-Tennessee CPCU Society Chapter is a community of credentialed property and casualty insurance professionals who promote excellence through ethical behavior and continuing education.

The Mid-Tennessee CPCU Society Chapter's 252 members hold the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®) designation, which is conferred by The Institutes and requires passing rigorous undergraduate- and graduate-level exams, meeting an experience requirement, and agreeing to be bound by a strict code of professional ethics.
The Mid-Tennessee CPCU Society Chapter, in cooperation with the CPCU Society, is dedicated to meeting the career development and education needs of our chapter’s diverse membership.

Chapter members commit themselves to professionally, ethically and competently serving the insurance industry, encouraging others to obtain the CPCU designation, and enhancing the CPCU Society’s reputation within our community and insurance industry.
As members of the CPCU Society or as participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of the antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual company rates, coverages, market practices or any other competitive aspect of an individual company';s operation. Each member or participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside the indicated bounds.
